Mission Statement

The purpose of The Middletown Board of REALTORS® is to serve its members by providing and promoting programs and services to the housing communities and to enhance our members ability to conduct their business with competence and preserve through collective action the right to support themselves through assisting in the ownership, transferring and use of real property.

At our annual General Membership/Realtor of the Year Luncheon this afternoon, Rachel Lewitt was named the 2012 Middletown Board of Realtors "Realtor of the Year".  Rachel S. Lewitt is the Broker and Owner of Finkelman Real Estate. Rachel was first licensed in 1989, while completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University. She received her broker license in 2008. She is certified with both the Graduate Realtors Institute and  Property Management Specialist designations. Rachel is currently a candidate for the National Association of Realtors’ Certified Property Manager designation. Rachel received an award for outstanding efforts in Historic Preservation from the City of Middletown, and established the surrounding Middletown area’s first boutique real estate firm. Rachel joined our board in 2005 and has been directly involved with the Middletown Board of Realtors acting in the capacity of Secretary, Special Director, Director, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Bylaws committee. She is a Director of Temple Beth Sholom, a volunteer and member of several community organizations, and on the Economic Restructuring Committee for Downtown Middletown, Inc.
